THE PROCESS
HOW IT WORKS
START TO FINISH
Choose your car and dates
Browse our fleet and pick the vehicle that fits your trip. Not sure? The Baleno is great for first trips to Shimla or Kasauli. Reserve online - no payment required now.
Browse Fleet βSend documents on WhatsApp
You need two things: a valid Indian driving licence and an Aadhaar card. Send photos via WhatsApp. We verify within 2 hours on weekdays, same day on weekends. That's it.
What Documents? βWe deliver to your door
On pickup day, we bring the car to your home, hotel, or office in Chandigarh Tricity. We do a full walkthrough - controls, how the 4x4 mode works (if applicable), spare tyre location, and emergency numbers.
See Service Areas βDrive. Anywhere.
The car is yours for the duration. Drive to Shimla, Kasauli, Manali, or just use it for city errands. No driver to coordinate with. No schedule to keep. The only rule is return it on time and with a full tank.
Return pickup
We collect the vehicle from the same location you chose. A quick inspection, deposit returned within 24 hours (usually same day), and you're done.

EVERY WORRY, ANSWERED
THE QUESTIONS
FIRST-TIMERS ASK US
What if I get a flat tyre?
Every car has a spare tyre, jack, and wheel brace in the boot. We show you where they are during delivery and how to use them. You can also call our 24/7 helpline and we will walk you through it, or arrange a roadside assistance mechanic. You are never alone on the road.
What if the car breaks down?
Call our 24/7 helpline immediately. For minor issues we guide you over phone. For mechanical breakdowns, we arrange either a replacement vehicle or a mechanic at our cost, depending on the situation. You will not be left stranded.
What happens if I damage the car?
The car is covered by comprehensive insurance. You are liable for the deductible amount (we specify this before you book - typically βΉ5,000ββΉ10,000). Accidental damage to the exterior is handled through insurance. Minor scratches are assessed at return - we are reasonable and transparent.
What if I go over the km limit?
Km overage is charged at βΉ12/km beyond your package limit. We will send you a WhatsApp message if you are approaching the limit so you can decide whether to extend your package (which saves money vs. paying overage).
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every rental includes third-party insurance by law, plus comprehensive insurance that covers fire, theft, and accidental damage. The only thing not covered is damage caused by reckless driving, floods/water crossings, or drunk driving. We explain the exact terms before you book.
Can I take the car to Himachal Pradesh?
Yes. We include HP inter-state permits in every rental. You can drive to Shimla, Manali, Spiti, Kasauli - anywhere in Himachal - without any additional permit. For Ladakh (Leh), we handle the permits for Jimny customers.
What if I get lost?
All our vehicles have GPS units with offline maps pre-loaded for Himachal and Ladakh. Google Maps works most of the route - signal drops after Aut Tunnel on the Manali highway, which is why offline maps matter. We also give you a printed route sheet with major checkpoints.
What is the minimum age to rent?
You must be 21 years old with a valid Indian driving licence that is at least 1 year old. Learner's permits are not accepted. There is no upper age limit.
