Pricing questions, answered
Are there any hidden charges?
No. The daily rate you see includes insurance, inter-state permit, GPS, and doorstep delivery within the tricity. You only pay extra if you exceed your km limit or request optional add-ons.
What documents do I need?
A valid Indian driving licence and Aadhaar card. Both can be submitted online. Approvals typically take under 2 hours on weekdays.
What is the minimum rental period?
One day (24 hours). There is no maximum - customers have rented for 21 days for the full Leh circuit.
What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns beyond 2 hours are charged at half a day rate. Beyond 6 hours is charged as a full extra day. We always try to accommodate if you give us advance notice.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. The deposit (₹5,000 for cars, ₹2,000 for bikes) is fully refunded within 24 hours of return, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear.
Can I take the car to Leh or Spiti?
Yes - the Jimny 4x4 is cleared and recommended for both routes. The Creta can go to Manali and most Himachal routes. The Baleno and Swift are best kept to Shimla, Kasauli, and Dharamshala.
