INFORMATION WE COLLECT: Name, email, phone number, driving licence details, Aadhaar card details, booking history, and location data from GPS trackers during active rentals.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION: Document verification for booking processing, customer support communication, safety monitoring during rentals, service improvement, and legal compliance.

DATA RETENTION: Booking information is retained for 3 years for legal compliance. Document scans (licence, Aadhaar) are deleted 90 days after the rental end date.

GPS DATA: Location data from vehicle GPS trackers is used for fleet management and customer safety only. It is not sold to third parties. Customers may request deletion of historical location data after their rental.

THIRD PARTIES: We use Razorpay for payment processing and standard cloud infrastructure for data storage. We do not sell your personal data to advertising networks.
