These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SelfDriveGo self-drive rental services. By booking a vehicle, you agree to these terms.

ELIGIBILITY: You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year. The primary driver must be the named account holder.

VEHICLE USE: Vehicles are to be used only on roads permitted under the rental agreement. The Jimny 4x4 is the only vehicle permitted for Spiti Valley and Leh-Ladakh routes.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 (cars) or ₹2,000 (bikes) is collected at the time of vehicle handover. It is returned within 24 hours of vehicle return, subject to damage assessment.

KM LIMITS: Each vehicle has a daily kilometre limit. Extra kilometres are charged at ₹8/km. Unlimited km packages are available for rentals of 10+ days - contact us.

CANCELLATION: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before rental start. 50% refund for 24–48 hours. No refund within 24 hours. Weather-related cancellations receive full refunds.

INSURANCE: Comprehensive insurance covering third-party liability and own damage is included. Exclusions include drunk driving, wilful negligence, and off-road use beyond agreed routes.

FUEL: Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, the cost of refuelling plus a ₹200 service charge will be deducted from the deposit.

GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chandigarh courts.
