Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our operations team.
FREE CANCELLATION (48+ hours before start): Full refund, no questions asked. Refund processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
PARTIAL REFUND (24–48 hours before start): 50% of the total booking amount is refunded. The remaining 50% covers our vehicle preparation and reservation costs.
NO REFUND (within 24 hours of start): No refund is issued for cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start time. The full booking amount is retained.
WEATHER AND ROAD CLOSURES: If the route is officially closed due to weather (flash floods, landslides, snowfall) or government order, cancellations receive a full refund regardless of timing.
MODIFICATION POLICY: Date modifications (not cancellations) are free if the vehicle is available and requested at least 24 hours before the original start time.
