The i20 Asta is the most premium hatchback on the fleet. The electric sunroof is the feature people book it for, and on a clear day in the pine forests on the Kasauli road it earns its place.
Beyond the roof it has a big touchscreen, good speakers and a cabin that feels a class above its size. It is a manual, and a well-weighted one, so it suits drivers who enjoy hill roads rather than tolerate them.

Does the i20 you rent have a sunroof?
Yes. Our i20 is the Asta trim with an electric sunroof, along with the large touchscreen, automatic climate control and alloy wheels. It is a manual petrol.
Is there an automatic i20?
Not on the current fleet. If you want a premium automatic hatchback, the Baleno AGS and Glanza AMT are the closest options. For an automatic with a sunroof, look at the Maruti Grand Vitara Alpha.
How much does it cost to rent a Hyundai i20 in Chandigarh?
The Hyundai i20 starts from ₹1,999 a day on self drive, with 300 km a day included. Starting rate for a weekday hire. Weekends and peak hill season can cost more. Can I take the i20 to Spiti Valley or Leh Ladakh?
No. The i20 is for tarmac routes such as Shimla, Kasauli, Manali town, Dharamshala and Amritsar. For Spiti or Ladakh book one of our 4x4s, starting from ₹3,999 a day.
Is there a security deposit for the i20?
There is a ₹5,000 refundable security deposit, returned within 24 hours of the car coming back. You need a valid Indian driving licence held for at least a year and an Aadhaar card or passport, uploaded online before delivery.
Do you deliver the i20 to Mohali, Panchkula or Chandigarh Airport?
Yes. Doorstep delivery and pickup are free across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, and we hand over at Chandigarh Airport too. The car arrives cleaned, with insurance and the Himachal Pradesh permit already sorted.
