A diesel automatic is the ideal combination for Himachal, and the Seltos HTK gives you exactly that in a five seat family SUV. The 1.5 litre diesel has the torque to climb without fuss, and the automatic gearbox means nobody is working a clutch through the Mandi to Kullu traffic.
Cabin and boot are among the roomiest in the class, so five adults and a week of bags is realistic. It is our most comfortable choice for families who want an automatic SUV without moving up to a seven seater.

SELTOS RENTAL QUESTIONS
Is the Kia Seltos automatic and diesel?
Yes. Ours is the Seltos HTK with the 1.5 litre diesel and an automatic gearbox, which is the combination most people want for long hill drives.
Seltos or Creta?
They share a platform and are similar in size. Our Creta is a petrol manual, our Seltos a diesel automatic. If you want two pedals and better highway economy, the Seltos is the easy pick, and both start at the same rate.
How much does it cost to rent a Kia Seltos in Chandigarh?

Can I take the Seltos to Spiti Valley or Leh Ladakh?
No. The Seltos is for tarmac routes such as Shimla, Kasauli, Manali town, Dharamshala and Amritsar. For Spiti or Ladakh book one of our 4x4s, starting from ₹3,999 a day.
Is there a security deposit for the Seltos?
There is a ₹5,000 refundable security deposit, returned within 24 hours of the car coming back. You need a valid Indian driving licence held for at least a year and an Aadhaar card or passport, uploaded online before delivery.
Do you deliver the Seltos to Mohali, Panchkula or Chandigarh Airport?
Yes. Doorstep delivery and pickup are free across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, and we hand over at Chandigarh Airport too. The car arrives cleaned, with insurance and the Himachal Pradesh permit already sorted.
