WHY BOOK THE SONET
SHIMLA, MANALI, DHARAMSHALA
The Sonet is the compact SUV for people who want a well-finished cabin and SUV seating in a car that is still under four metres long. It feels more grown up inside than its size suggests, and it parks as easily as a hatchback on Mall Road or in McLeod Ganj.
Ours is a petrol manual. It suits Shimla, Kasauli, Dharamshala and Manali trips for four people with weekend luggage, and the higher ground clearance makes steep hotel driveways and broken village roads less of a worry than in a hatchback.

SONET RENTAL QUESTIONS
Sonet or Venue?
They are close cousins under the skin and start at the same rate. The Sonet has the more premium feeling cabin, the Venue a slightly softer ride. Either is a good fit for four people on a Shimla or Dharamshala trip.
Sonet or Creta for a family trip?
For four people and a weekend, the Sonet is enough and costs less. For five adults, a week of luggage or a long Manali drive, the Creta has noticeably more rear legroom and boot space.
How much does it cost to rent a Kia Sonet in Chandigarh?

No. The Sonet is for tarmac routes such as Shimla, Kasauli, Manali town, Dharamshala and Amritsar. For Spiti or Ladakh book one of our 4x4s, starting from ₹3,999 a day.
Is there a security deposit for the Sonet?
There is a ₹5,000 refundable security deposit, returned within 24 hours of the car coming back. You need a valid Indian driving licence held for at least a year and an Aadhaar card or passport, uploaded online before delivery.
Do you deliver the Sonet to Mohali, Panchkula or Chandigarh Airport?
Yes. Doorstep delivery and pickup are free across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur, and we hand over at Chandigarh Airport too. The car arrives cleaned, with insurance and the Himachal Pradesh permit already sorted.
